目的比较二维超声与彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取医院2013年3月-2015年3月收治的甲状腺癌患者40例,回顾性分析患者的临床资料及诊断结果,其中采用彩色多普勒超声检查的患者20例为研究组,采用二维超声检查的患者20例为对照组,比较2组诊断结果与术后病理检查结果。结果研究组通过彩色多普勒超声诊断确诊18例,漏诊2例;对照组通过二维超声检查确诊12例,误诊4例,漏诊4例。研究组的诊断符合率为90.0%高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的血流丰富程度显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组动脉收缩期峰值速度、阻力指数优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组周边无声晕、微钙化灶、低回声以及颈部淋巴结检出率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维超声、彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断均有较好的临床诊断准确率,为提高临床诊断符合率,可将二维超声、彩色多普勒超声联合应用,对甲状腺癌的诊断效果显著。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in thyroid cancer. Methods Forty patients with thyroid cancer admitted from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical data and diagnostic results were retrospectively analyzed. Twenty patients with color Doppler ultrasound were selected as the study group, Twenty patients underwent ultrasound examination as the control group, and the results of the two groups were compared with the postoperative pathological findings. Results In the study group, 18 cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography and 2 cases were missed. In the control group, 12 cases were diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasonography, 4 cases were misdiagnosed and 4 cases were missed. The diagnostic coincidence rate of the study group was 90.0% higher than 60.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The study group of patients with blood flow was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The peak systolic velocity and the resistance index of the study group were better than those of the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). The detection rate of silent halo, microcalcification, hypoechoic and cervical lymph nodes around the study group were higher than those of the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound have a good clinical diagnostic accuracy for the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. In order to improve the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis, two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound combined with thyroid cancer Diagnostic effect is remarkable.
