培养人才的质量,是衡量学校教学水平和管理水平的标志,是管理工作的目标和出发点。学校培养人才,如同工厂制造产品一样,生产过程越多,影响产品质量的因素越多。由于电大自身的特点,如学员分散,办学形式多种多样,办学体制分级管理,教学环节多,教学过程比普通学校更为复杂,影响教学质量的因素也更多。就校内来说,影响教学质量的因素主要有教师因素,学生因素,物质因素和管理因素。因此,在教学管理过程中可以借鉴工厂企业管理中的JQC即全面质量管理,做到层层把关,环环扣紧,确保人才的质量。本文拟就教学管理中如何实行全面质量管理谈一些粗浅体会。

Due to the characteristics of TVU itself, such as diversification of trainees, diversified forms of running schools, hierarchical management of the school system, and many teaching links, the teaching process is more complicated than that of ordinary schools and the factors that affect the quality of teaching are also more. In school, the factors that affect the quality of teaching are mainly teacher factors, student factors, material factors and management factors. Therefore, in the teaching management process can learn from the factory management of the JQC that total quality management, so as to check at every level, fastening the ring, to ensure the quality of personnel. This article intends to talk about how to implement total quality management in teaching management.
