通过根癌农杆菌 (Agrobacteriumtumefaciens)介导 ,将水稻几丁质酶基因导入烟草 (Nicotianatabacum)栽培品种中 ,并得到转基因植株。导入的 3个基因即nptⅡ、bar和几丁质酶基因在子一代以近 3∶1的比例分离。表达水稻几丁质酶的子一代转基因烟草表现出对烟草赤星病病原真菌 (A .alternata)的抗性。
Rice chitinase genes were introduced into Nicotiana tabacum cultivars by Agrobacterium tumefaciens and transgenic plants were obtained. The three introduced genes, nptII, bar and chitinase, were separated at a rate of nearly 3: 1 in the first generation. Generation of transgenic tobacco expressing rice chitinase showed resistance to A. tabaci pathogen A. alternata.
