对急性淋巴细胞性白血病误诊误治1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,77岁。主因咳嗽、咳痰20d余,发热2周入院,患者于20d前,感冒后出现咳嗽、咳痰,痰为白色粘痰,量多,容易咳出,无痰中带血,无盗汗、无咽痛、流涕头痛头晕及周身酸痛,自服感冒药后症状稍有好转,2周前患者出现发热,体温高达39℃,就诊于当地医院给予相关检查后考虑为支气管炎予消炎、化痰等治疗体温可降到正常范围,停药后患者体温即上升,就诊于我院门诊呼吸科,查心肺CT示右肺钙化灶,查痰抗酸染色为阴性,随继续在当地输液治疗,并口服阿奇霉素、利福平,患者体温仍时有升高,今就诊我院急诊,以发热原因待查,慢性支气管炎急性发作收入我科。 Misdiagnosis and treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 1 case as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 77 years old.
