针对我国燃气轮机排烟热值普遍偏高的情况,提出采用余热回收装置以回收烟气余热,分析了其实施的可行性。以西门子公司的S7-300 PLC为核心,根据余热回收系统中的工艺特点及要求,设计并实现一套余热回收装置控制系统。系统通过传感器采集导热油的流量、温度等数据,准确反映某阶段内工艺参数值及变化趋势,为上层管理网络提供监控数据。结果表明:选取合理的控制系统可以有效地提高能源利用率,降低设备投资成本和投资回收年限,保证节能改造的技术经济性。
In view of the fact that the heat value of gas turbine exhaust fumes is generally high in China, a waste heat recovery device is proposed to recover the waste heat of flue gas and the feasibility of its implementation is analyzed. Siemens S7-300 PLC as the core, according to waste heat recovery system in the process characteristics and requirements, design and implementation of a waste heat recovery unit control system. The system collects data such as the flow rate and temperature of the HTF through the sensor and accurately reflects the process parameter values and trends in a certain stage to provide monitoring data for the upper management network. The results show that choosing a reasonable control system can effectively improve the energy utilization rate, reduce the equipment investment cost and the investment recovery period, and ensure the technical economy of energy-saving renovation.
