江浙两省是吸引外商投资最具活力的地区,但是两省的外资对于各自工业经济的发展作用如何呢?本文将以工业企业为对象,利用C-D生产函数拓展模型,实证分析FDI对江浙两省内资企业的影响,得出FDI对江浙两省工业内资企业的发展起着促进作用,并且FDI对江苏省内资企业的技术溢出效应要高于浙江。本文从江浙两省的经济发展模式、技术差距、人员流动三方面比较剖析其原因,以期能为两省更好地利用外商直接投资提供有益的思路。
Two provinces of Jiangsu and Zhejiang are the most dynamic areas to attract foreign investment, but what is the role of foreign capital in the two provinces in the development of their respective industrial economies? This article will take industrial enterprises as an excuse to use CD production function to expand the model and empirical analysis of FDI in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces The impact of domestic-funded enterprises leads to the conclusion that FDI plays a catalytic role in the development of industrial-funded enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, and the technology spillover effect of FDI on domestic-funded enterprises in Jiangsu Province is higher than that of Zhejiang. This article analyzes the reasons from the economic development pattern, technological gap and personnel flow of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces in order to provide beneficial ideas for the two provinces to make better use of FDI.
