文化是人民群众在历史的长河中慢慢积累、代代相传的世界观的总结。语言是文化的载体之一,与文化是密不可分的,因为文化的差异决定了对语言表达内容理解的差异。本文首先从文化翻译观的概念出发,阐述其对中国特色政治文化专有项翻译具有指导性。再从文化翻译观映照下中国特色政治文化专有项的翻译原则,结合中国特色政治文化专有项在政府工作报告中的英译实例,探讨文化翻译观在当下外宣翻译中的重要作用,并论述外宣新闻翻译中跨文化意识的培养。
Culture is a summary of the world view that the people have accumulated slowly and passed down from generation to generation in the long history. Language is one of the carriers of culture, and it is inseparable from culture, because the difference in culture determines the difference in the understanding of language expression content. This article starts with the concept of the concept of cultural translation, expounding its guidance for the translation of the special items of political culture with Chinese characteristics.
