针对高度小于60m的板式小高层办公楼,从结构受力、建筑空间、抗震性能、工程造价等方面进行了综合分析。相对传统的钢筋混凝土体系,钢框架-钢支撑体系具有构件截面小、建筑布置灵活、使用空间大、结构自重轻、施工快捷等优势,可提高建筑的使用率。分析结果进一步表明,钢框架-支撑结构体系采用屈曲约束支撑,结构延性提高,抗震耗能能力增强。因此,对于高度小于60m的小高层办公楼,钢框架-屈曲约束支撑体系具有综合优势。
For the height of less than 60m plate high-rise office building, from the structure of force, construction space, seismic performance, engineering cost and other aspects of a comprehensive analysis. Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete system, the steel frame-steel support system has the advantages of small component cross section, flexible layout of the building, large use of space, light weight of the structure and quick construction, which can increase the utilization of the building. The analysis result further shows that the steel frame-support structure system is supported by buckling restraint, the ductility of the structure is increased, and the seismic energy-dissipation ability is enhanced. Therefore, for small high-rise office buildings less than 60m in height, the steel frame-buckling restraint brace system has the comprehensive advantages.
