职业环境引起心血管系统的疾病,首先由MorriS(1959)提出的,从此引起了国内外学者的注视,但对其危害的机理迄今仍未取得一致的意见。本文仅就冶金企业的职业环境与心血管疾病的关系作一综述。 致心血管疾病的有害因素 冶金企业拥有金属矿山的开采和冶炼、加工及相应的辅助生产部门,有害因素较多,其中许多有害因素可直接或间接影响人们的心血管系统,可导致病变。 Occupational environment caused by cardiovascular diseases, first proposed by MorriS (1959), which has aroused the attention of scholars at home and abroad, but the mechanism of its harm so far there is no consensus. This article only reviews the relationship between occupational environment and cardiovascular diseases in metallurgical enterprises. Hazardous Factors Contributing to Cardiovascular Diseases Metallurgical enterprises, possessing the mining and smelting, processing and corresponding auxiliary production departments of metal mines, have many harmful factors. Many of these harmful factors can directly or indirectly affect people’s cardiovascular system and lead to pathological changes.
