基于超微弱发光检测技术,研究即食食品(麦片,藕粉)经0~12kGy剂量辐照后光子信号的变化,并探讨超微弱发光用于鉴定即食辐照食品的判定方法。试验结果表明:两种即食食品辐照前后的超微弱光子计数有明显的区别,光子计数与辐照剂量呈正相关,检测阈值可低至0.3kGy。当添加检测液后的最大光子数为本底的15倍以上时,可判定为该样品经过辐照处理。
Based on the ultra-weak luminescence detection technology, the changes of photon signal of instant food (cereal, lotus root starch) irradiated by 0-12kGy dose were studied, and the determination method of ultra-weak luminescence for identifying instant irradiated food was studied. The experimental results show that there is a clear difference between the ultra-weak photon counts before and after irradiation of two ready-to-eat foods. The photon count is positively correlated with the irradiation dose, and the detection threshold can be as low as 0.3 kGy. When the maximum number of photons after adding the test solution is 15 times or more the background, it can be judged that the sample is irradiated.
