通过对核电站不同除氧器的介绍、比较与分析,论证了其各自的优缺点,阐述方家山选择此类除氧器的必然性。方家山常规岛除氧器是华东电力设计院通过相关技术论证取消除氧再循环泵后采取再沸腾管式的除氧器,它也是国内核电站首例仅利用沸腾管除氧的除氧器。它的应用,成功简化了系统构成和运行操作,节约了建造成本,提升了经济效益。但由于制造过程中的种种问题导致其不能很好的满足核电站整体启动的要求,故在调试期间又增加了除氧再循环泵。虽然没能将理论设计变为现实,还是为我国自主设计核电级除氧器提供了一个可行性方案。
Through the introduction, comparison and analysis of different deaerators in nuclear power plants, their respective advantages and disadvantages are demonstrated, and the inevitability of choosing such deaerators by Fang Jiashan is expounded. Fangjiashan conventional island deaerator is the East China Electric Power Design Institute through the relevant technical feasibility studies to cancel the deaerator recirculation pump to take after boiling tube deaerator, it is also the first domestic nuclear power plant using only boiling tube deaerator. Its application has successfully simplified the system configuration and operation, saved the construction cost and improved the economic benefits. However, due to various problems in the manufacturing process, it can not meet the requirements of the overall start-up of nuclear power plants. Therefore, an oxygen-removing recirculation pump is added during commissioning. Although the theoretical design has not become a reality, or for our own independent design of nuclear grade deaerator provides a feasible solution.
