1985～1989年以来,在湖北省鄂西自治州的各县(市)陆续开展了人畜弓形体病流行病学调查,现将调查结果汇总如下。 一、弓形体分离 (1)1985年12月从病人血液中,首次分出1株弓形体,患者男,29岁,教师,恩施市人。曾于1983年10月食人夹生牛肉约4小时发生胃剧痛,腹泻,此后常发生扁桃体炎,鼻衄及牙龈出血。1985年12月,在过度劳累后发病,表现出一系列慢性肝炎
Since 1985 ~ 1989, epidemiological surveys of human and toxoplasmosis have been carried out in counties (cities) in Hubei Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province. The survey results are summarized as follows.
