(一九五一年四月六日经省府委员会第五次全体会议通过)在伟大爱国主义旗帜下,巩固我们的伟大祖国,必须继续前进,争取新的胜利。特根据中央人民政府及中南军政委员会各项政令与本省具体情况,订出本省一九五一年施政工作计划如次:一、普遍深入抗美援朝运动,建立坚强爱国主义精神1.普遍深入抗美援朝保家卫国运动,反对美帝国主义单独对日媾和及其重新武装日本,响应世界和平理事会五大国签订和平公约的签名运动,争取世界持久和平,争取抗美援朝完全胜利。
