For nearly four decades since the founding of New China, Chinese teaching in middle schools has undergone a long and tortuous path of “going forward, stopping, or even retreating repeatedly.” During this period, many experts, scholars and the majority of middle school Chinese teachers paid great efforts to study the theory of Chinese teaching and explore the laws of Chinese teaching that suit the needs of our country’s modernization.
