目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定生发合剂中大黄素含量 ,以控制该制剂的质量。方法 :用C18化学键合硅胶柱分离大黄素 ,以甲醇 - 0 .1%的磷酸溶液 (85∶15 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 90nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .0 195～ 0 .175 5 μg。大黄素的平均回收率 97.3% ,RSD =2 .9% (n =5 )。结论 :该方法简便快捷 ,精密度和稳定性良好 ,适合于生发合剂的质量控制。
Objective : To determine the emodin content of Shengfa Mixture by high performance liquid chromatography in order to control the quality of the preparation. METHODS: The emodin was separated on a C18 chemically bonded silica gel column with a methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (85:15) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 2 90 nm. RESULTS: The linear range was 0. 0 195 to 0.175 5 μg. The average recovery rate of emodin was 97.3% with RSD = 2.9% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, with good precision and stability. It is suitable for quality control of Shengfa mixture.
