描述了一种用于测量反射面微小角度变化的新型激光测量系统。采用三角法和光杠杆的原理测量微小角度变化,测量精度为0.05角秒,测量范围达3角分以上。与传统的测量方法相比,该方法具有体积紧凑、结构简单、成本低的优点,更适用于高分辨率小角度的测量。
A new type of laser measuring system for measuring the small angle variation of the reflecting surface is described. Using the principle of trigonometry and optical lever to measure small angle changes, the measurement accuracy of 0.05 arc seconds, the measurement range of 3 points or more. Compared with the traditional measurement methods, the method has the advantages of compact size, simple structure and low cost, and is more suitable for high-resolution small-angle measurement.
