利用人造卫星的遥感测量资料,就是说在具备地域的数值资料的同时也为森林机能的评价、变化监视、并且作业效果的控制等提供有利的情报。这些特点由于和电子计算机结合,为具备森植计划的情报系统成为可能。 宇宙资料的电子计算机处理,可能收集到特别多时期观测资料的重合和同一单位范围内它的各种资料,提高了为森林调查的林地判别,采伐和生长调查、虫害、土地崩塌等的林地灾害,或者人类活动对森林的影响等的效率和精度。 本文是我在遥感测量应用中,以森林调查为主题,明确有效的观测项目和课题,理论的作业过程、方法、设施等。
The use of satellite-based remote sensing measurement data means that, while providing numerical data on the area, it also provides favorable intelligence on the evaluation of forest functions, change monitoring, and operational effectiveness control. This article is my application in remote sensing, the forest survey as the theme, a clear and effective observation of the project and the subject, the theory of the operation process, methods, facilities and so on.
