The importance of legumes and biological nitrogen fixation in human production and life has been recognized by more and more people. Many countries continue to expand the area planted with leguminous crops to provide the human and livestock with the high quality protein they need. According to statistics, soybean accounts for about 47% of the total leguminous crops in the world.
