在我国国民经济发展中,集团企业占据着非常重要的地位,但是由于其规模巨大,子公司数量众多且业务差异较大,集团企业的财务管理工作十分复杂,存在着许多的问题,影响了企业的稳定健康发展。本文结合当前集团企业子公司财务管理中存在的问题,对加强子公司财务管理的有效策略进行了分析和探讨。
