高等职业教育以培养高技能型人才为己任,通过人才培养模式改革,突出人才的实践能力培养。专业人才培养方案是人才培养工作的实施蓝图,必须以适应社会需求为目标、以培养专业技术能力为主线进行总体设计。广西职业技术学院以工学结合为抓手,实施人才培养模式改革,提出了具有鲜明特色的人才培养模式改革思路:一个平台、两类基地、三根台柱、四个融入、五个对接,构建了多形式的人才培养模式。
