通过室内试验对比分析了聚丙烯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和纤维素纤维对混凝土工作性、强度和抗裂性的影响。结果表明:三种纤维对混凝土的抗裂性均有改善效果,但是存在差异,其中聚丙烯腈纤维的抗裂效果最好,聚丙烯纤维次之。聚丙烯腈纤维对混凝土的工作性影响最大,聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗压强度最高,纤维素纤维对混凝土工作性的影响最小。综合考虑,作为高强大体积混凝土的抗裂外掺料,三种有机纤维中聚丙烯纤维的性价比最高。
The effects of polypropylene fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber and cellulose fiber on the workability, strength and crack resistance of concrete were analyzed by laboratory tests. The results show that the three kinds of fibers have the effect of improving the crack resistance of concrete, but there are differences. Among them, the anti-cracking effect of polyacrylonitrile fiber is the best, followed by the polypropylene fiber. Polyacrylonitrile fiber has the most influence on the workability of concrete, polypropylene fiber concrete has the highest compressive strength, and cellulose fiber has the least influence on the workability of concrete. Taken together, as a high strength and mass concrete anti-cracking admixture, the three organic fibers in the highest cost-effective polypropylene fibers.
