采用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白制作大鼠膜性肾病模型,并用反应性氧代谢产物清除剂去铁敏,二甲基硫脲。二甲基亚砜和过氧化氢酶进行预防性治疗。结果示去铁敏。二甲基硫脲和二甲基亚砜能显著降低蛋白尿,降低血清和肾皮质中丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶和谷脱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。组织学示去铁敏、二甲基硫脲和二甲基亚砜轻度改善IgG、C3及BSA沉积,改善上皮细胞足突融合;过氧化氢酶无效。提示羟自由基清除剂能减轻脂质过氧、保护抗氧化酶活性,改善蛋白尿。表明ROM参与了CBSA诱发的大鼠MN的损伤过程。
Rat model of membranous nephropathy was made using cationized bovine serum albumin and deferoxamine and dimethylthiourea were removed with reactive oxygen metabolite scavenger. Dimethylthiourea and dimethyl sulfoxide significantly reduce proteinuria, reduce serum and renal cortical malondialdehyde content, increase superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activity. Histology showed that deferoxamine, dimethylthiourea and dimethyl sulfoxide mildly improve the deposition of IgG, C3 and BSA to improve epithelial cell foot process fusion; catalase ineffective. Tip hydroxyl free radical scavenger can reduce lipid peroxidation, protection of antioxidant enzyme activity, improve proteinuria. ROM was involved in CBSA-induced injury in rat MN.
