为了弥补精馏实验教学的不足,实现对精馏分离实验过程的三维情景化交互仿真模拟,基于Virtools软件开发平台,以乙醇-水精馏综合实验为研究对象,采用结合三对角矩阵法与松弛法优点的混合方法,进行了精馏稳态操作和开车过程的模拟程序开发。并通过编译的VSL脚本及BB模块实现3D仿真实验装置数据交互,开发了具有三维沉浸感强、功能完善、交互操作逼真的虚拟精馏实验室,能够完整地模拟精馏分离过程,具有较高的训练价值。而且采用开放式结构,教师可以根据各高校的要求对实验初始参数进行修改。经过仿真测试,实验仿真结果和实验数据的相对误差控制在5%以内,能够真实反映精馏综合实验全过程。

After the simulation test, the relative error of experimental simulation results and experimental data is controlled within 5%, which can truly reflect the whole process of the comprehensive distillation experiment.
