广泛运用于国内高校的沙盘模拟教学方式,仍存在诸多的不足,致使教学质量参差不齐。在教师的有效组织和引导下,以行动学习五要素模型为基础,在沙盘模拟过程植入行动学习的理论与方法,使学生明确任务目标,在梳理并对接与课程主题相关的结构化知识基础上,促使学生独立思考、加强团队探索,提高学习行动的有效性,并将质疑与反思贯穿于全过程,将大大提高沙盘教学质量。行动学习运用于沙盘教学,需要教师有清晰的角色认知,并在引导技术、情商和心智改善及化解冲突诸方面加强修炼。
Widely used in domestic colleges and universities sand table simulation teaching methods, there are still many deficiencies, resulting in uneven quality of teaching. Under the effective organization and guidance of teachers, based on the five elements of action learning model, the theory and method of action learning are embedded in the sand table simulation process so as to make students clear the task objectives and to sort out and connect the structured knowledge base related to the theme of the curriculum To promote students to think independently, strengthen team exploration, improve the effectiveness of learning activities, and will be questioned and reflected throughout the entire process, will greatly enhance the teaching quality of sand table. The use of action learning in sand table teaching requires teachers to have a clear understanding of their role and practice in guiding technology, emotional intelligence, mental improvement and conflict resolution.
