选取生物降解性较好的十二烷基硫酸钠为发泡剂,与单一或复合稳泡剂形成发泡体系,测试各工艺参数对其泡沫性能的影响。试验结果表明,当十二烷基硫酸钠浓度为3 g/L和复配稳定剂浓度为0.8~2 g/L时,泡沫发泡体积最大,半衰期最长;十二醇和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)的最佳复配比例为4∶6;搅拌速度越大,发泡体积越大,半衰期越长,泡沫尺寸越小越细腻;稳定剂浓度越大,泡沫越小。
