1. 前言作为电机铁芯用低硅钢,太钢已有三十年的生产历史。基于生产发展,目前初轧机月平均开坯量已达8000t左右。炼钢厂转炉冶炼的5.5tD2级硅钢,其标准化学成分,如表1所示。初轧厂开坯低硅钢锭,特别是D2级硅钢锭,实践表明确系难生产的品种之一。在质量方面,曾先后出现过“龟裂”、“裂口”等大宗废品。而今,“轧扭”、“脱方”和“角裂”等废品仍时有发生。D2级硅钢锭轧制周期长,更是一个影响均热炉及初轧机
1. Foreword As low-silicon steel for motor core, TISCO has 30 years of production history. Based on the development of production, the average initial billet rolling mill has reached about 8000t. Steel smelting 5.5tD2 grade silicon steel converter, the standard chemical composition, as shown in Table 1. Cold rolling plant billet low silicon ingots, especially D2 grade silicon steel ingot, practice has proved difficult to produce one of the species. In terms of quality, there have been “crack”, “rift” and other bulk waste. Now, “rolling twist”, “off side” and “corner crack” and other waste still occur. D2 grade silicon ingot rolling cycle is long, it is an effect of the soaking furnace and the beginning of rolling mill
