本研究旨在探讨钛板植入体产生的组织反应性。实验选择家兔8只,设实验和对照组,分别植人钦板和不锈钢,术后2,4,6,8周处死,光镜分析钉周骨与板周软组织反应。临床样本为101例铁板支架固定和植骨固定,通过术后愈合与组织反应性临床观察,以及取板样本组织学分析进行评价。结果显示铁板植入为组织所相容,但可以发生个体差异性“超过敏”反应。由于纯钦耐后杜差,板钉松动磨擦或术中板钉表面机械损伤,致使钛粉颗粒游离于组织中,形成无害性包绕滞留,也可产生炎症性反应,提示改良工艺增强铁板耐磨性。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the tissue reactivity of titanium plate implants. Totally 8 rabbits were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The rabbits were implanted with chinplate and stainless steel respectively. The rabbits were sacrificed at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after operation. The clinical samples were 101 cases of iron plate fixation and bone graft fixation, which were evaluated by the clinical observation of postoperative healing and tissue reactivity, and the histological analysis of plate samples. The results show that iron plating is compatible with the tissue, but individualized “hypersensitivity” reactions can occur. Due to pure Qin resistance Duroc, loose loose nail plate or intramedullary nail surface mechanical damage, resulting in titanium particles free from the organization, the formation of innocuous wrap retention, but also can produce inflammatory reactions, suggesting that improved technology to enhance iron Board wear resistance.
