1%利凡诺注射液在临床上用于引产成功率高,是近年来开展计划生育的重要药剂。但由于利凡诺注射液(按广东省制剂规范生产)的不稳定性(颜色逐渐变深),使用周期短(两个月内),毒性增加,往往造成我们在制剂上的困难。为了计划生育工作顺利进行,提高药品质量,降低毒性,我们采取5~10℃存放的做法,得到较满意的效果。根据利凡诺在波长362nm处有最大吸收,用紫外分光光度法与其它方法对利凡诺不稳定性的检测进行实验性探讨。一、标准溶液的配制与最大吸收峰的确定精密称取在105℃干燥至恒重的利凡诺100mg,置100ml容量瓶中,用蒸馏水稀释至刻度,摇匀。在上标准溶液中精密吸取1ml置100ml容量瓶中,加蒸馏水至刻度,摇匀。以蒸馏水为空白,用uv-240紫外
