随着河北省供电公司“三集五大”体系建设的深度融合推进和电网规模的日益快速扩大,基层各供电公司变电检修业务工作量随之发生很大变化,如何最大程度地优化现有变电检修业务人员的配置、提升人员素质水平已是亟待解决的问题。基于此,科学合理地确定了工作量统计标准、职工能效指数、承载力状态标准,构建了承载力计算模型,建立了规范系统的研究方法论,为今后进一步深入开展承载力研究提供了理论依据和实践经验。
