甘肃省秦安县陇城乡山王沟是一个乡办小流域治理点。169户,952人,流域面积2.19km~2。人口密度每平公里435人。境内有大小支毛沟18条,属典型的黄土丘陵沟壑区第三副区,多年平均降雨量550mm,一般是“春旱秋涝”,年际也旱涝不均,在农作物生长的关键季节,土壤水分常出现亏损状态。 党的十一届三中全会以来,山王沟小流域治理得到了重视,新增治理面积1938亩,平均年治理率8.1％,累计达到2776亩,其中梯田1124亩,造林1352亩,种草300亩,人均有基本农田1.2亩、林1.42亩、草0.32亩。已治理的水土流失面积占流域面积的84.5％(合1.85km~2),达到了《甘肃省小流域水土保持综合治理技术规程》的验收标准。1986年粮食总产达到34.9万公斤,与1980年相比翻了一番多。经济总收入28.4万元,是1980年的1.5
Shan Wang Gou, Longcheng Township, Qin’an County, Gansu Province is a small watershed management point run by the township government. 169 households, 952 people, basin area of 2.19km ~ 2. The population density of 435 people per square kilometer. There are 18 furcated furrows in the territory, belonging to the typical third subarea in the loess hilly and gully region. The annual average rainfall is 550mm, which is generally “spring drought and autumn floods”, and there is uneven drought and flood in the interim. In the key season for crop growth , Soil moisture often appear loss state. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, attention has been paid to the governance of Shanwanggou Small Watershed. The new governance area of 1,938 mu is added, with an average annual treatment rate of 8.1% and a total of 2,776 mu, including 1124 mu of terraced fields, 1,352 mu of afforested forests and 300 Mu, 1.2 mu of basic farmland per capita, 1.42 mu of forest and 0.32 mu of grass. The area of soil and water loss that has been treated has accounted for 84.5% (1.85km ~ 2) of the drainage area and has met the acceptance criteria of “Technical Code for Comprehensive Management of Soil and Water Conservation in Small Watershed of Gansu Province.” The total grain output in 1986 reached 349,000 kg, more than double that of 1980.
