小学每个班级都存在着一定数量的学困生,心理、言行与普通学生不同,不敢与成绩好的同学讨论问题、参与集体活动,自我封闭,沉默寡言,在课堂上,注意力不集中,学困生转化工作复杂而艰难,抓好素质教育,提高小学生的人文素养。本文从用真情温暖幼小的心灵,用真诚帮助学困生找回自信,用热情激发学困生的上进心三个方面探讨了学困生的转化问题。
There are a certain number of students in every class in primary school. Psychology, words and deeds are different from those of ordinary students. They are afraid to discuss problems with classmates with good grades, participate in group activities, be self-enclosed, be quiet, be inattentive in class, Difficult and complicated work hard to transform students, do a good job quality education, improve the humanities accomplishment of primary school students. This article explores the transformation of students with learning difficulties from three aspects: warmth the young heart with the truth, help the poor students find self-confidence in good faith, and motivate the self-motivated students to learn hardship.
