利用导磁性流体的导磁性及在重力作用下的自准水平性,以充有流体的圆盘作为微动铁芯,研制了电感差动式二自由度电子水平伙,可在一个水平面上实现360°范围内二自由度(正交)角度的测量,给出了传感器的输出特性以及测量电路,其结果表明,该仪器具有精度高,测量准确,快捷、方便等特点.
Using the magnetic permeability of the magnetic permeability fluid and the level of self-precision under the action of gravity, the fluid-filled disk was used as the micro-moving iron core to develop an inductive differential type two-degree-of-freedom electronic assembly that can be realized on a horizontal plane. The measurement of the two-degree-of-freedom (orthogonal) angle in the 360° range gives the output characteristics of the sensor and the measurement circuit. The results show that the instrument has high accuracy, accurate, fast, and convenient measurements.
