针对现有城市关键基础设施网络体系易损性研究中单一维度评估与灾害种类单一的缺陷,引入复杂网络理论方法,对网络中灾害蔓延的动力学特性进行分析研究,构建综合考虑自然灾害与人为蓄意攻击在内的多种灾害背景,贯穿结构维度和功能维度的城市供电网络易损性研究框架,实现了城市供电网络在不同灾害背景下结构和功能双维度的易损性研究.本文以华东某市供电网络为例,对其在两类灾害下的体系易损性进行对比研究.结果显示,相比自然灾害,人为蓄意攻击更容易造成城市供电网络的瘫痪,并且在人为蓄意攻击下受损的供电网络节点数量存在拐点,受损节点数量到达拐点前网络易损性主要受级联效应影响,拐点后主要受网络结构影响.
Aiming at the defects of single dimension evaluation and single disaster type in the research on the vulnerability of the existing urban critical infrastructure network system, the complex network theory method is introduced to analyze and study the dynamic characteristics of the disaster spread in the network. The background of various disasters including the deliberate attacks and the frangibility research framework of urban power supply network which crosses the structural dimension and the functional dimension to realize the vulnerability of urban power supply network in the dual dimensions of structure and function under different disaster backgrounds.In this paper, A city power supply network is taken as an example to compare the system vulnerability under two types of disasters.The results show that compared with natural disasters, human intentional attacks are more likely to cause the urban power supply network to be paralyzed, and under artificial intentional attacks There is an inflection point in the number of nodes in the damaged power supply network. The vulnerability of the network before the inflection point reaches the inflection point is mainly affected by the cascade effect, which is mainly affected by the network structure after the inflection point.
