自1984年5月中国设备管理培训中心成立以来,已办各种类型的短训班百余期。这些短训班最长的3个月,最短的10天,为我国企业推进设备管理现代化起到了积极的作用。笔者根据长期办班的实践,谈谈办好短训班的体会。 一、要针对成人教育的特点 成人教育主要是指对广大在职各级管理干部和工程技术人员进行教育,在其原有知识水平的基础上,进一步深化或拓宽某些领域的现代科技和管理知识,以便在现职工作中发挥更大的作用。短期成人教育的主要特点是:①学习要求知识增新或知识更新;②学习针对性强,学员普遍要求学以致用,甚至立竿见影;③学员来自各行各业,实践经验丰富,但其行业特点各异,要求知识覆盖面大,使学员都能学到对自己有用的知识;④学员原有知识水平和原学专业的差别较大,因此,对所学知识的理解和接受能力程度不一;⑤学员年龄相差悬殊,在同一个班上最小年龄仅18,而最大年
