在UG中建立了振动筛简化模型,然后导入ANSYS中对其进行结构及模态进行分析,计算出圆振动筛在静载荷作用下的应力分布、变形情况及结构的固有频率、固有振型;为今后圆振动筛动态特性分析及结构的优化设计提供理论依据。
A simplified shale shaker model was established in UG and then imported into ANSYS to analyze its structure and modalities. The stress distribution, deformation, natural frequency and natural mode of circular shale shaker under static load were calculated. It provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the circular vibrating screen and the optimal design of the structure in the future.
