新课标是教学改革的大趋势,在这个大背景下,业余的运动队就要依据新的要求对自己的管理方式和训练模式进行改革和创新。但是,传统的教学方式是比较简单的训练方式和老套的管理方法,这样就比较制约业余运动队的成长和进步。因此,要探究研讨体育教练训练的管理以及解决业余运动队训练中突出的问题和矛盾。
The new curriculum standard is the general trend of teaching reform. Against this background, amateur sports teams should reform and innovate their own management and training modes according to new requirements. However, the traditional teaching methods are relatively simple training methods and stereotyped management methods, so more restricting the growth and progress of amateur sports teams. Therefore, we should explore the management of sports coaching training and solve outstanding problems and contradictions in amateur sports team training.
