针对选区激光熔化成型过程中可能影响熔线形貌的因素,研究了熔融金属表面张力、成型过程中飞溅物及扫描速度等激光加工参数对熔线形貌的影响,获得了熔线形貌的优化成型工艺,并最终以此工艺成功成型了一个金属零件。分析表明,该零件尺寸精度达±0.1 mm,表面粗糙度达Ra30μm,表面平整,熔线搭接均匀,熔线堆垒效果理想。
Aiming at the factors which may influence the fuse topography in the laser melting process, the influence of the laser processing parameters such as the surface tension of the molten metal, the spatter and the scanning speed during the forming process on the fuse topography was studied, Optimize the molding process, and finally formed a metal part with this process. The analysis shows that the dimensional accuracy of this part is up to ± 0.1 mm, the surface roughness is Ra30μm, the surface is smooth, the lap is evenly lapped and the effect of the fuse line is ideal.
