本研究综合应用内容分析法和案例研究法等方法,对17个欧美工业化国家工程师形成的质量规制体系进行系统研究,发现欧美工业化国家工程师形成的质量规制体系涵盖的主要方面和关键点,首次揭示了四种工程师形成的质量规制综合模式:自由模式、单元适度规制模式、单元严格规制模式和多元适度规制模式;剖析了这四种模式的制度、组织和文化约束,并一一分析了这四种模式的现状及未来发展趋势,并对中国工程师形成的质量规制体系的未来发展提出相关政策建议。
This study systematically studied the quality regulation system formed by 17 European and American industrialized countries through the methods of content analysis and case study, and found that the main aspects and key points covered by the quality regulation system formed by the industrialized countries in Europe and the United States were revealed for the first time The integrated model of quality control formed by four kinds of engineers: the free mode, the moderate mode of the cell, the strict mode of the cell and the moderate mode of the multiple modes of regulation. The institutional, organizational and cultural constraints of the four modes are analyzed and analyzed one by one The status quo and future development trend of different kinds of models and put forward relevant policy suggestions on the future development of the quality regulation system formed by Chinese engineers.
