采用紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星片剂的含量。以０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸为溶剂，测定波长为２９３ｎｍ，浓度在２～１０ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内，吸收度与浓度呈线性关系。测得平均回收率为９９．６８％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ为０．２２％。该法操作简单、快速、结果准确。 Determination of ofloxacin tablets by UV spectrophotometry. With 0.1mol / L hydrochloric acid as solvent, the detection wavelength was 293nm, and the concentration was in the range of 2 ~ 10mg / L. The absorbance showed a linear relationship with the concentration. The average recovery was measured as 99.68% (n = 5) with a RSD of 0.22%. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
