肠毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)是急性感染性腹泻的病原,它以质粒编码的热敏肠毒素(LT)和热稳定肠毒素(ST)致病。根据来源不同,LT分为LTh和LT_p;ST分为STⅠ和STⅡ。STⅠ又可分为STⅠa和STⅠb。笔者在LTh-STⅠa-STⅠb三价基因探针的基础上构建了LTh-STⅠb二价基因探针,并用国产增强型化学发光检测系统,建立了辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记二价基因探针及通过化学发光(ECL)在普通X线胶片上自显影检测ETEC的方法(CPD)。现报告如下。
Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) is the causative agent of acute infectious diarrhea and is pathogenic to plasmid-encoded heat-sensitive enterotoxins (LTs) and heat-stable enterotoxins (STs). According to different sources, LT is divided into LTh and LT_p; ST is divided into STI and STII. ST I can be divided into ST Ⅰ a and ST Ⅰ b. The LTh-STⅠb bivalent gene probe was constructed based on the LTh-STⅠa-STⅠb trivalence gene probe. The double-stranded gene tagged with HRP was constructed by using the domestic enhanced chemiluminescence detection system.
