高职作为我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,既不同于普通高等教育,又有别于中学教学。一些高职英语教师的教育观念还存在误区,一些教师的专业素养尤其是教育科研能力和教育反思能力需要进一步提高,学校的一些硬件条件及对教师的评价机制也制约着教师的角色定位。在对以上诸多问题进行分析的基础上,本文提出高职教师课堂教学中的理想角色,希望能够对广大教育工作者提供一些参考。
As an important part of China’s higher education, higher vocational education is different from ordinary higher education and different from middle school teaching. There are still some misunderstandings in some higher vocational English teachers’ educational concepts. Some teachers’ professional qualities, especially educational research ability and education reflection ability, need to be further improved. Some of the school’s hardware conditions and evaluation mechanisms for teachers also restrict the role of teachers. Based on the above analysis of many problems, this paper puts forward the ideal role of higher vocational teachers in classroom teaching and hopes to provide some references for the majority of educators.
