元认知策略与英语自主学习

元认知策略指有效学习一门外语而采取的管理步骤,如计划、监控和评估。元认知理论是培养学生思维,构建自主学习的一个重要教学理论。在教学中鼓励学生灵活运用元认知策略能有效激发学生学习的主动性和能动性,培养他们对学习的宏观调控能力,这样更能有效地培养学习者走上一条自主学习之路。 Metacognitive strategies refer to the management steps taken to effectively learn a foreign language, such as planning, monitoring and evaluating. Metacognitive theory is an important teaching theory that cultivates students’ thinking and constructs autonomous learning. Encouraging students to use metacognitive strategies flexibly in teaching can arouse the initiative and initiative of students and cultivate their ability to master the macro-control of learning so that they can more effectively train learners to embark on an autonomous learning path.
