青岛炼化干气法制乙苯/苯乙烯联合装置第一周期平稳运行46个月,影响装置长周期运行的主要因素为原料催化干气携带脱硫剂、焦粉、重组分等杂质,引起原料换热器堵塞;新鲜苯带水及碱,引起烷基化催化剂、烷基转移催化剂中毒失活。通过已实施的干气系统脱液流程改造及后续建议的原料换热器增加跨线,或增上旋风分离设施等措施,将干气携带杂质的影响降至最低;通过对原料苯及循环苯中水含量及中性试验指标的重点监控、精细化监控方案的实行,原料苯带水及碱引起催化剂中毒的问题基本解决;通过对影响催化剂运行的温度、压力、苯/烯比、苯/多乙苯比、水比等关键参数的合理控制,实现烷基化、烷基转移及脱氢催化剂的超设计运行。装置运行期间逐步实施了催化干气中丙烯最大化回收、烃化尾气综合利用、中压凝液能量综合利用等技措项目。
