2017年11月4日至2018年2月4日北京中间美术馆展览邀请来自中国、中国台湾和日本的4位策展人,分别带来植根于本地的提问与观点,共同策划了4站不尽相同的展览。展览从首尔开启,第二站到达广岛,第三站至台北,最后一站来到北京。北京站展览将目光主要投向对于当代东亚而言具有强烈转折意义的20世纪八九十年代之交。在这个历史时刻中,东亚各区域共享着冷战结束、全球化程度进一步加深的国际背景,还面临着各自内部深刻的社会、政治、经济和文化转变。
From November 4, 2017 to February 4, 2018, Beijing Art Museum of the Middle East invited 4 curators from China, Taiwan, and Japan to bring forth questions and views that are rooted locally. They planned 4 stations Different exhibitions. The exhibition opens in Seoul, the second stop arrives in Hiroshima, the third stop in Taipei, and the last stop in Beijing. Beijing Railway Station will focus its attention mainly on the turn of the 1980s and the 1990s, which has a strong turning point for contemporary East Asia. In this historic moment, the East Asian regions share the international background of the end of the cold war and the deepening of globalization, as well as the profound social, political, economic and cultural changes in their respective regions.
