活卡介苗瘤内注射不仅具有显著的抗动物肿瘤的作用,而且在临床实践上也有着重要的实用价值。这一点已为实验肿瘤学家和临床肿瘤学家所公认。在我们实验室也证实国产卡介苗(丹麦_2)冷冻干燥制剂瘤内注射对小鼠实体型肉瘤180有40%的抑瘤率。活卡介苗瘤内注射对机体和肿瘤都有深刻的影响,它的应用在理论上对在位(in situ)肿瘤免疫反应的研究也起了推动作用。其作用机理问题目前众说纷纭,不少人强调卡介苗对巨噬细胞的介导作用,认为卡介苗能促进巨噬细胞的分裂,增加消化酶的含量,增强吞噬功能。为了探讨卡介苗瘤内注射作用机理,我们做了下述实验。

To investigate the mechanism of intratumoral injection of BCG, we have done the following experiment.
