三氟化硼(BF_3)在近代科学领域中被广泛应用为催化剂,而且又是高能硼烷燃料的主要原料,因此它在科学研究上显得非常重要。我们曾根据各种方法(1)(2)(3)加以制备,但得率很低,最后我们用下述方法得到较高的产率,现介绍如下: 一、制备方法及步骤量好200ml氢氟酸,置于400ml内壁涂好石腊的烧杯中,将烧杯放在冰浴里,再把研碎的硼砂120克慢慢加入(加完后可通入HF半至一小时,可进一步提高产率。)所得沉淀过滤、弃去滤液,并将沉淀物烘干,最后把干燥物置于500ml的园底烧瓶中,加入发烟硫酸50ml,缓缓加热,此时则生成白色烟雾状的三氟化硼。
