目的跟踪调查某航校同一飞行学员人群连续2年的眼震电图,以判断飞行学员前庭功能的变化趋势,根据结果判断眼震电图各项目变化趋势,为防治飞机发动机噪声对高年级飞行学员前庭功能的影响提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某航校2008级140名学员进行眼震电图系列检查所包含的凝视试验、扫视试验、平稳跟踪试验以及视动性眼震试验,连续跟踪调研2年,并根据检测结果比较2年的变化趋势。结果在调查的同一人群飞行学员中,两年间的平稳跟踪试验增益值、视动眼震试验增益值及平均慢相差异具有显著性。结论接触飞机发动机噪声的高年级飞行学员人群中前庭功能受到噪声影响。
Objective To track and investigate the electronystagmography of the same flight student in a certain school for two years in a row to determine the changing trend of the vestibular function of the flight trainee. According to the results, the change trend of each item of electronystagmography was determined. Students vestibular function to provide scientific basis. Methods One hundred and seventy-four trainees from a Navigational School were randomized to conduct gaze test, saccade test, smooth follow-up test and optokinetic nystagmus test. The results were compared for two years and the results were compared Year trend of change. Results Among the same group of flight students surveyed, the difference between the gain of steady-state follow-up test and the gain of slow-moving eye-nystagmus test and the average slow-phase difference were significant between two years. Conclusions The vestibular function in the upper-class flight crew exposed to aircraft engine noise is affected by noise.
