对43份高粱恢复系的农艺性状进行了分析比较,目的是了解新选及外引恢复系的性状特点,为进一步利用提供依据。鉴定结果表明,农艺性状中,千粒质量以小粒和中粒为最多,各占27.9%,其次是大粒,占25.6%;穗粒质量在51~60 g的为最多;株高以矮秆品种最多,其次是特矮秆品种;穗长大多集中在21~30 cm;穗柄长在19.9~30,30.1~40 cm的各占46.5%;茎粗集中在1.1~1.5 cm;生育期集中在116~130 d;分蘖性以无分蘖性为最多;穗型以紧穗型和中紧穗型为最多,各占39.5%;绝大多数材料的穗形为纺锤形;芒性最多的为有芒;颖壳包被度以1/4为最多;粒色以红粒为主。方差分析表明,千粒质量、穗粒质量等数量性状的均值均存在极显著差异。总之,43份高粱恢复系各农艺性状变异类型丰富,可以为粒用高粱育种提供良好的种质资源。
The agronomic traits of 43 sorghum restorer lines were analyzed and compared in order to understand the characteristics of traits of newly elected and introduced restorer lines and provide the basis for further utilization. The results showed that among the agronomic traits, the quality of 1000 grains was the largest in grains and medium grains, accounting for 27.9%, followed by the large grains, accounting for 25.6%; the grain quality was the highest in 51-60 g; Followed by the special dwarf varieties; spike length mostly concentrated in 21 ~ 30 cm; ear spike length 19.5 ~ 30, 30.1 ~ 40 cm each accounted for 46.5%; stems concentrated in the 1.1 ~ 1.5 cm; growth period focused on 116-130 d; the tillering was the most without tillering, the most panicle type was panicle type and the middle panicle type was 39.5%, most of the materials had spindle shape, Mans; glume coated degree of 1/4 up to the largest color to the red-based. An analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in the mean values of the quantitative traits such as grain weight and grain quality. In conclusion, 43 sorghum restorer lines were rich in agronomic traits and could provide good germplasm resources for grain sorghum breeding.
