概述了高层建筑空调的选择标准，描述了风机盘管机组的设计和性能。以目前风机盘管机组的设计为基础，对高层建筑的空调提出了建议。提出了一个使用微处理器控制器和遥控装置，且能实现加压和烟控的四管制风机盘管系统。
The selection criteria for air conditioning in high-rise buildings are outlined, and the design and performance of the fan coil units are described. Based on the design of the current fan-coil unit, recommendations were made for air-conditioning in high-rise buildings. A four-pipe fan coil system that uses a microprocessor controller and remote control device to achieve pressure and smoke control is proposed.
