用生石灰桩挤密地基时,考虑了生石灰的膨胀与地基压力变化的相互作用,用弹性理论求解该耦合问题,首次得到了桩孔内壁位移ur与生石灰膨胀压力p之间的数学关系:ur=(1+μ)d2p/(4Er);利用试验得到的生石灰膨胀特性探讨了生石灰桩对地基的挤密效果,同时求得生石灰体积膨胀系数η随地基深度z的变化规律:η=Aln(Korz)+B,该计算公式的提出较之以前的经验取值更为准确、可靠。用实例计算分析表明生石灰挤密桩对地基深度超过13m时效果极其有限,这为该种地基处理法的合理使用给出了理论根据。
When using lime pile to squeeze the foundation, the interaction between the expansion of the quicklime and the pressure change of the foundation is taken into account. Using the elastic theory to solve the coupling problem, the mathematical relationship between the displacement vo of the inner wall of the pile hole and the expansion pressure p of lime is obtained for the first time. Ur = (1 + μ) d2p / (4Er). The squeezing effect of limestone piles on foundation was discussed by using the expansive properties of quicklime obtained from the experiment. At the same time, the law of the volume expansion coefficient η of the quicklime with the depth z of the foundation was obtained: η = Aln ) + B, the calculation formula is more accurate and reliable than the previous experience. The calculation and analysis of the examples show that the effect of the quick-lime compaction pile on the foundation depth exceeding 13m is extremely limited, which provides the theoretical basis for the rational use of the foundation treatment method.
